This place is a winner! I have no complaints at all and definitely recommend staying here. Everything feels fresh and new, making it a great value for your money. the room is modern and super clean, with a cozy bed and a double jacuzzi along with a nice shower 🛁.

I got great value for my money at Residenza San Lorenzo. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a unique steam room in the bathroom - a great novelty! The location was very central and convenient for exploring the city on foot. The staff, especially Sonia, provided fantastic customer service and ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The comfortable bed, huge bathroom, and central heating in the room were great. the views over the city were amazing. the location is marvelous, close to different train stations, everything, the old town, and main sites.

During my recent stay at Residenza San Lorenzo, I was pleasantly surprised by a few key highlights. First and foremost, the breakfast provided each morning was absolutely delightful. I indulged in a variety of scrumptious pastries, giving me the perfect energy boost to start my day exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's location in the heart of the city proved to be incredibly convenient. Being just a short 4-minute walk from the train station meant easy access to attractions like Pompeii. I also appreciated the responsive nature of Francesca, who promptly assisted us with any requests or questions we had.

While my overall experience was quite positive, I did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. the drainage in the bathroom was initially blocked, causing water to spill over.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and warm. The daily communication from the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The smart TV and balcony in the room were great for relaxing after a long day of work. The hotel is also conveniently located very close to the city center.

This place is conveniently close to the old town, main sites, airport, and central station, and the staff here were very helpful with all our needs.

The room I stayed in had a private bathroom with a hot tub, which was absolutely amazing! As a weary traveler, it was a wonderful way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The room also had an electric kettle, making it convenient to make a cup of tea in the morning.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathrobe provided in the double room. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others might still find it enjoyable.

residenza san lorenzo exceeded my expectations in every way. from the fantastic customer service from sonia, to the clean and comfortable room with a smart tv and balcony. the location was perfect for exploring naples and the daily communication made my stay even more enjoyable. a 10/10 experience that i would highly recommend to others.

San Lorenzo is absolutely fabulous accommodation. Sonia is a fantastic and pleasant lady to deal with, demonstrating fantastic customer service. The room is extremely clean, comfortable, and warm with a smart TV and balcony, perfect for time outs from work. Daily communication and assistance from Sonia ensured a comfortable stay. I extended my stay with no hesitation for 2 extra nights, thanks to Sonia's kind gesture of a discount. Very helpful for organizing transportation. A 10/10 all around, highly recommended!

Convenient location with plenty of amenities nearby, spacious rooms at a great price, attentive staff who respond quickly to requests, effective air conditioning, and breakfast served in the room every morning at a chosen time.

Felt safe, no reason to complain.
